Ok I am going to order a puck of AOS soap for the Rolls PIF. Any idea of scent. I can get unscented, Lavender, Lime and sandalwood.

oh the fire drill sucked, I was asleep and it woke me up and then the RAs were yelling at us because we were standing too close to the building.

I'm doing alright. Friend got a particularly nasty virus on his computer. Seems like there are at least three trojans there. I'm working on cleaning it up.

I think it was Matt who posted this (if I'm wrong, someone please correct me). I agree with his high post count and time requirement:

I kind of like the essay idea. How TSD has helped me out.... or something to that effect. I don't necessarily think a specific thing about Rolls would be (and I hate to use this word) fair, because many people didn't really know him as well as us in here, and you guys new him a lot better than me being part of whatever-it-was-you-guys-had-at-the-B... (I just learned the B is aka TOP "the other place" and SMF is TOOP "the other other place")...

but maybe someone who has say, over 250 posts and/or has been a member for 3-4 months or so, and how TSD in particular has helped them in their wetshaving journey.

For me, the PIF represents his love of this place and wetshaving, not "who knew Rolls the best..." or "who can dig through posts the fastest..."

He liked the unscented. Don't get the lavender as lavender often irritated his skin.

Man... it's kinda creepy how much we know about each other sometimes.

I miss the old guy.

 

One of my friends is an engineering prof at WSU. He wrote to me a couple of weeks ago saying that the last time they had a fire drill in the engineering building, no one evacuated. One of the faculty (wearing ear plugs) actually complained to a fire marshal about the noise :happy102

Probably not a good idea... especially in your case - at night in a dorm. Still, funny...

So, I bought a Christmas gift for my mom on ebay, been looking for it for a year now, I got the package in the mail, and I got something else that the seller sold on ebay that day, so I assume that buyer got my package. I emailed the seller, but haven't heard back yet. GRRR!

I like that, it definitely can't be personally about rolls because although this is for him, I agree that not everyone knew him. I'm still having trouble with it, I almost feel like he'll just be back and posting again soon, it still hasn't quite sunken in.
