    Morning, all.

    Happy Friday.

Justin - hope that coffee issue gets resolved.

    Well not here...

But it is Spring wild turkey season, late Crow season, and bullfrog season.

Rabbits are safe from lawful hunting until November.... At least in Indiana.

Thankfully... coyotes are out of season now too.

    I had to look... :D

    Mornin' gang...

Was finishing in the bathroom this morning when I heard odd crackling coming from the other side of the door. Feared the worst after losing a house to fire back in 2005. Turns out it was just a sudden thunderstorm, and the "crackling" was heavy raindrops hitting the top of the hallway skylight.

On the lighter side, I just got my hands on not only the one special edition of Heavy Metal I'd been seeking, but the collected National Lampoons from 1970-1987. Quite a score, even if it is in digital form :D

    Silly wabbit.
Getting a tight group is the hard part. Hitting the X is just an adjustment ;)

I pay for the whole target and I use all of it... those pretty tight groups waste paper you know.

Yes, but the ladies love a man with good aim. :D

Also, it should be noted that the group in that target was shot from a 57 yr old rifle, iron sights, and I couldn't even see the holes I was making at that distance. :happy102

With that setup at 25 yards?... I am more impressed.

Yeah, a lot of the guys over at RFC shoot better groups than that at 50 yrds, but I was pretty proud of it.
I spent a good bit of last year refinishing that rifle for my grandfather.
He bought it new from Sears in 1952, taught my father to shoot with it, and no telling how many thousands of rounds have been put through it.
It's always been a very accurate little shooter.

Ya know, if I'd known I was going to print a group that tight, I might have done that just for kicks :happy102

It is good shooting. I never have been that good. I can get it down when I need to but not a target type.
