Actually, I do like a little caramelization... but not on rabbit.

My wife is the same way. She can burn indoors.

Yuck... I didn't see this before I responded to one of those bumps. It isn't like he had anything important to say to cause the bump either.

Cooking is easy... skinning is a bit tougher. Just watch out for rabies.

Good morning everyone. I'm winding down from a long, but nice 12 hour shift. Just one more short shift and I get a couple days off to vegetate.

 

Mornin' all you happy yinzers! (and comiseration to all you whining Caps)

The trip up north was interesting, but compared with driving straight into downtown Pittsburgh and parking next to PNC park, it's not practical. Took nearly an hour longer to get to the ballpark yesterday. 40 minutes or so of start-and-stop driving that would have been spent on the interstate.

 

Good morning again. Hungover but alive. Happy Mothers Day. Doing a surf and turf dinner for the parents tonight. I have 8 hours to sober up so thats good. Still cranked about Arko. Who ever hasnt tried it needs to. I love Williams but this stuff replaces it easily. Back to bed with my Koontz book

Any Merle Haggard fans? His Mama Tried album is Amazons MP3 Daily Deal for $0.99. I don't listen to much country anymore, but this is real country and brings back a lot of memories, I can remember dad playing the vinyl on the record player many moons ago. Turned into a must have for me.
