Thanks for treating her so good. She is off the net for the evening. She has chores to do that she didn't do earlier, and a midnight bedtime when there is no school and mom and dad have to work the next day.

Actually it didn't go that bad... awkward and not a great shave by any means, but not life threatening in any form.

 

I know your determination, you will get both done properly.

Well rough drafts are written on my papers. I am exhausted and falling asleep (two strong beers "Dirty Bastard"- didn't help much)... So I am gonna go crash until morning.

Bill, if I decided to let anything go, I will post it on here first. However, I don't know that I will really go all crazy on this one.... I should probably update my razor list tomorrow... thanks for the reminder...

Oh before I got to sleep... I forgot to mention... got wife to try DE shaving last night... She wasn't impressed with the shave at all... but she did like my brush and the GFT Violet soap.

I probably shouldn't have handed her a mild razor and mild blade. But she was being timid about the razor. she would freak out if she knew I used a straight today....

In retrospect, I should have had her try a GEM.

Good morning everyone. a little stiff an sore this morning. My head aches a little and I have some red spots on my neck that I didn't notice last night. Its funny how the spots that I actually cut myself have healed so much nicer than the places where I almost cut myself.

Ugh... Oh well... gonna take care of some morning chores, finish up these papers and then give it a 2nd go with the straight.

That makes 5 OC Gems owned at TSD! The club grows! Woo hoo!

 

Good morning everyone. Last night was a long day at work. We were slammed all night, using a new computer system that slowed us down exponentially. My brain hurts, my eyes hurt, my back hurts, and my feet are swollen. They hurt too. Trying to wind down enough to sleep for the next shift tonight. Hope all are having a substantially better weekend.

Bill - I may have missed it, but how old is your daughter? I'm thinking of introducing mine to wetshaving (she's using an electric now) but heck...she's only 11..... but the electric is causing her irritation in the armpits now.....

The last paper is done. Now I just need to go print out the 200+ page document and get that mailed off. But as there won't be any mail until Tuesday, there is no rush on that part of it.

In regards to daughters... mine is 9 and will need to start shaving soon. For now, we are just making sure she wears tops with adequate sleeves; however, we really need to have her start shaving. However, with her Aspergers issues, my wife and I haven't the slightest notion of where to go with this one. Especially when she gets easily frustrated, acts out aggressively when frustrated, and doesn't like to be touched so you can't do it for her.... Maybe a cheap electric would be the best way to go... ugh....
