you're right. we need to either:

I vote second option, that way our foreign friends can join too.

Well, momma is pulling the burgers off the grill. Time for me to eat and then get ready for work.

    Have a great night all!

I got the 1305. It was the handle that won it. If it does well, I will pick up the 2000 in the future. I have been working at my old VDH which is about the same knot size as the 2000, and although it is shedding, it is getting softer.

what a weekend. I spent most of today cleaning up our basement and repairing pipe after a hot water pipe cracked and leaked all over. I knew I should have bought a leak frog on woot when I had the chance. Going to have to replace some drywall, ceiling tiles (thankfully it was a drop ceiling) and trim, but it could have been worse. Thanks to a good friend who was able to save my butt by doing the pipe soldering for me.

I hope you are all having a better weekend. I should keep moving, so much to do. :(

Ugh, sorry to hear about the pluming issues. Sounds like you got a good start on the repair/cleanup

Oh, longbow. Solid hickory. I'm near finishing the tillering stage and need to put a real string on it to test the poundage and such, then I'll stain it and slap on a layer of polyurethane. Should be a nice target bow at least. That is...

IF I CAN EVER GET A STRING TO HOLD TOGETHER! :angry019:angry032:angry021

You get the idea. In fact, I'm probably off for the night so I can make another one. It takes me about an hour and a half and I don't want to be midnight going to bed.

Just wanted to step in and say hi. My wife got home this morning at around 4:30am. She had a long day and went right to bed. All's well now although she heads out next weekend for a few days to see her family.

She finished with her Petsmart training now? Our petsmart trainer wasn't bad, but she started having us use a laser with the dog as a toy. Unfortunately our dog is now OCD about lights and shadow...

So how is the Wickiup coming along?

We had used laser pointers with our dogs and cats. One of our dogs won't come in from outside at night unless we use the laser pointer to play with him every night. It kinda works out for the best though since we have a small yard and he LOVES to run. But laser pointers with cats is down right hilarious. Cats act so cool all of the time until you whip that red dot out and they just lose it. :happy102:happy102:happy102

Our kitty is almost 18 years old and the laser pointer still makes her goofy. :laugh042
