    Hello all. Since my wife had been gone for 2 weeks now my days and nights are all mixed up. Uggh...I really need to get a better sleeping schedule.

    But on a good note, I tried the shaving cream stick!

    I like it. I did take after pics to see how much cream got used up, but the pics aren't so good for comparison purposes. The angles are wrong on the before pics.

    I don't usually care how much cream I use. I have more than enough for the next 10 lifetimes. But I know most people want to know how many uses they can get out of it, and such.
    I hear ya! My sleep schedule is all messed up, too. Can I borrow your excuse? :D

    I don't care how much cream/soap I use either. Unless it's a sample and I reallyyyy like it. Then I want it to last and last.

    Usually Sharps. Sometimes Feathers. Been meaning to try the 7 O'Clock blacks, but haven't yet.

    This reminds me; I ordered petri dishes today. Why? For samples of the TSD Wheat cream. I figure the density of the cream requires a bigger area for lathering the sample. Dense creams aren't much fun to chase around a lather bowl, ya know?

    A kind gentleman sent me some of the 7 o'clock blacks. VERY nice blades. I use Feathers too, along with the Astra Sup. Platinum. I didn't have good luck with the Sharps, but have seem others post good comments on them.

    I've gotten lazier and lazier changing out my blade, and the Sharps last me forever. Most people get one or two shaves from a Sharp, though.

    It's hard to remember to change the blade before you get in the shower. But the blades hardly ever give me trouble. If they do, I jump out of the shower and get a new one.

    Yep, so leaving the cream in the sample container will work better.

    Hmmmmm I'll make a note to order a sample of that one too. The girls are still deciding what all they want to try. I see Geshia is on the list along with Sweetgrass, and a couple others. I just want a full size Blue Juniper.

    Chinatown type. If you or they have ever smelled Bond No. 9's Chinatown perfume, this is awesome at a teeny percent of the real stuff's price. :eek:

    I smelled the real stuff, and knew I had to find a dupe of it.

    Sure...why not.

    I ended up with TONS of irritation today. I had been doing 1 pass with touch up and it was doing me well with near BBS and no irritation. I got a wild hair today thinking that single blade shaving is suppose to be multi pass shaving and did a 3 pass. Now half my face is bright red and the skin has swelling. I think I be waiting a couple of days before I can shave again. But I learned that lesson...AGAIN. Don't fix it if it ain't broke.
