sol92258 I have no earthly idea

    wow, cool story!
I wonder if he bought the stuff, or used the money for something else?
did you give him a business card?

    Hey! maybe that's an idea!?!
once a month, buy some random stranger the VDH kit and give him/her a card with your name, username, and TSD's website on it!
maybe even a discount at the TSD store?
    Hmmmmm......

Yeah, I thought of him not buying the kit, and just taking the money, but I have faith. :) His comments especially made me smile, and think well of him. So, I think he bought it.

And I told him to check out TSD if he liked the stuff, to learn more. I don't have business cards. I've thought of it, but just haven't done anything.

I was going to hand him just the soap puck and brush, but they didn't have the brush by itself.

He definitely looked like he didn't enjoy his shave much. Scruffy facial hair, but picking up razors and canned goo.

That was a very cool thing to do, JoAnna. He'll probably be dreaming about you tonight :happy102

Nah, only you shave "enthusiasts" would be dreaming about some woman who accosted you in the shave aisle at Wal-Mart. :p

I wish I could have found somebody like you when I was 15 and started to shave....That was a great action JoAnna.I hope that the kid would learn how to proper shave.

Well.... I knew there was a reason I kept looking in that aisle!

    Woo Hoo!, good for you!

It feels like I am going to try out that iced subzero burn suggestion. I don't know if it was the 1.5 hours in the pool or the 1.5 hours at dog training. Either way, I feel burned...

Couldn't hurt to try it. Well, unless you're Pam.....it would hurt her. :(

it feels pretty good on the burns on my face and shoulders. It burns like the dickens on the paper cut I forgot about!

Yeahhhh dat would hurt. I'd need 20 gallon of water and lots of TLC after that.

A random act of shaving kindness! I am duely impressed! WTG...:happy088

Yes, you need business cards! One of the online vendors has a business card with very basic wetshaving instructions on the back. That would be cool!! (yes, I know you are busy right now)

Oh, okay. I get it. Menthol as a burn balm. Good thinking!

I am pretty sure it was JoAnna's idea that she posted to someone on FB earlier. Between the Menthol and the allantoin, it is good stuff. And yes, I put some aloe on afterwards. But the burns feel much better now!

Speaking of SubZero... I have some on order from the TSD store.
Can't wait to get it and give it a try. :D

Don't need the sample back now, JoAnna. Was just curious where you were with it. I'm running low on a few of your aftershaves and would like to replenish aftershaves when I buy stuff with the scent I sent you. So it's a rationing issue. :D I've got plenty other splashes and colognes to use in the meanwhile. Plus it hasn't even been hot enough in Boston the last few weeks to warrant a cologne with mint notes.

That's an awesome story there, JoAnna! I wish I had a Shave Queen accost me in a store when I was 15.

I'm going to stop shaving and then start dressing in tie-dye shirts and shorts with Birkenstocks and lurk in Wal-Mart shaving aisles in wait of you (or other women to accost me in the shave aisle).

Is the Pam sensitive to menthol?

Maybe a nice creative friend could design me one..........

Wonder if I have any creative friends. :think002

Scent requests are going good I think. I have one for Dom, Czech & Speake Oxford & Cambridge cologne dupe attempt. Penhaligon's English Fern dupe. And another, can't recall the name of the scent it is suppose to be duping. They smell good. Need some Geranium EO, though, for the English Fern. Thought I had some.

    It's awesome, awesome stuff.

The next bottle I get is getting an extra shot of menthol. Can't wait for that when it gets hot here later in the summer.

On a completely unrelated note, I'm looking out my window into the dark and there's some really nice cloud to cloud lightning (without thunder) action. No rain, no noise, just a nice light show.

    Thanks, Mother Nature. :)

I picked up only a sample size of Iced SubZero with my last order. Should have made it a whole bottle. I love that stuff!

Lightening without thunder or rain? Awesome! You're a lucky man, Dom.

Hmmm. I bet you do have some creative friends. I'd offer my services, but I don't think the result would be pretty. A toddler with crayons could probably do a better job than I could.

Can't say I have, Justin. Sorry. What are you trying to set up exactly? I've dabbled with Kubuntu and Ubuntu, but I have no experience with Xfce.
