Funny you would say that; as I was looking for information on that sword online, tonight, I stumbled on this.

Coincidentally, we went to the dolla-fitty movies tonight and saw Transformers 2.

I was well pleased. I went in with low expectations, and was totally prepared to be exposed to among other things, a long movie, JarJar times two, Constructicon testicles and lots of slo-mo scenes of toe-thumb running.

I wasn't dissapointed. I think the movie has been given a bum rap, and people need to enjoy it for what it is, a Michael Bay fueled splode-fest!

Spent last hour trying to look up construction details for trip. Turns out every highway between here and destination is closed for construction over various stretches. The 4 hour trip now estimates out to about 8 1/2 hours. It might be faster to walk.

I feel sorry for all the college kids returning to Purdue. Every major road through West Lafayette/Lafayette is closed... at the same time! OK I-65 is open.. but you can't get on or off.

I really hate Indiana!

 

Any idea on 41 south? Going to take my mother down home to Princeton to visit and decorate my dads and grandparents graves.

From what I just heard 2 is under construction from the state line to 41. On 41 there are lane restrictions from 231 to 30. However, 231 crosses 41 so many times that I don't know which time it is talking about. There is a section that was closed in Benton County (NW of Lafayette). That was supposed to be open again this week.
