well, one is Master of Disguise, which I found entertaining...in a "turn your brain off" way, but still - must've been the Jaws reference the other two were Christmas ones that I've not seen all the way through, but were on where ever it was we were at, so I counted them, though I probably could get away with not and speaking of Jaws, Jaws 3 should be on that list, maybe even 4
I noticed that most of these were fairly recent movies. I have seen very very few movies during the last 10 years. So I kinda can easily miss hitting the bad ones. OH well, its time to head to sleep. 4 AM comes early in these parts.
Ahhh, that makes sense now! It does say "Worst reviewed movies of the last ten years" right there on the sight...duh! Thanks for pointing that out Justin and bad reviews do not necessarily a bad movie make; also, great reviews a great movie does not make
you said a mouthful there, brother. Can't tell you the number of well reviewed movies I have sat down to watch and ended up hating.
gahh soo much homework I got a new pen today and I think it's my new favorite, easiest to write with and I put purple ink that Dom gave me into it so it's pretty <3 I'll hopefully be starting my hospital volunteer work this friday or sunday depending on what role I get. I'm hoping for some patient interaction and to work with doctors but we'll see. Since I'll probably be volunteering there for the next 3 years at least I'm sure nothing is set in stone.
Grr some idiot was drunk enough to burn easy mac on a tuesday night and set all the fire alarms off *sigh* dorm life. Now after that fun PJ adventure I'm going to bed.
Morning everyone! Not much to say, just checking in between shave and walking the dog. See ya laters...
Sorry... But what can I say, I tend to be a bit disappointing to many people. FWIW: I am back from the walk, but will be leaving again in a few minutes.
well, I tried to get there, but there's a manatee stuck in the middle of the road, so I couldn't leave
I've seen 1 and parts of a 2. Thankfully, I didn't pay to see any of them. Though, I kind of enjoyed the few minutes I saw of "The New Guy." On a related note, I picked up a few $3 movies last night at Big Lots (btw Jim, they have pumpkin delights!): <insert images of Thunderball, The Living Daylights, and You Only Live Twice here> I'm willing to give Timothy Dalton a second chance as Bond. Now that I'm more mature, and have read some of the books, he might not be as piss-poor of a Bond as I somehow remember him being. Plus, I'm working on collecting the entire set in that same edition--which is difficult since it's out of print. So far, I have twelve of the Bond movies counting Casino Royale. I still need Quantum of Solace and then the rest is older ones.
Michael Caine: "Regarding "Jaws: The Revenge," he once wrote, "I have never seen it, but by all accounts it is terrible. However, I have seen the house that it built, and it is terrific."
