Any drag when you use the AOS creams or is it pretty smooth?

Well we don't have any AOS stores here, but do have several authorized outlets. A couple not far away. May have to make a run if I ever get a day off.

None at all that I've noticed.

Alright boys... I'm outta here. Gonna head home and play some video games.

The hardest part about me pulling the trigger for AOS is the price. $22 online and I can get TOBS for $13.50.

Yep. Same here. Hard to justify buying their soaps when Tabac can be got cheap. Honestly I'm kind of hoping the RAD's are over with. I've spent the last 6 mos. buying one thing after another. Honestly as much got PIF'd as was kept. I'm finally getting things down to what really works. All that other stuff though it looks and smells great just doesn't shave well for me.

Of course I never tried them with the slant now did I? Hmmmm. Nope. Forget it. No way in hell I'm buying the same things again a second time!

I too am hoping the ADs slow down to nothing. I have found products I really like and should just have no more than 1...okay no more than 2 of them in the house at any given time.

Yeah, I really don't have the RAD's much anymore. I buy a soap here and there but that is about it. I have PIF'd a lot of stuff but I have also sold a lot of the creams and soaps. Too darn much money tied up in some of that, had to recoup some to buy more.

You know whats funny? I have the Tabac, love it, but rarely use it.

Never said we were allowed to, just saying we are going to.

It seems you are talking about creams. I have the AOS Sandlewood cream, It is a great cream. The only TOBS I have is a sample of avacado. I would say that the AOS protects better. My first shaving cream I ever used with a brush was AOS Lavender, which now all lavenders irritate my skin. I am a huge fan of TSD Gingerbread and spice though.

I have had CAD as of late, I love cologne, I am sure it will pass soon, or so I hope.

Here's to hoping we remain a trio of RADless dudes!

Most of the stuff I PIF'd was the cheaper glycerin pucks: Conk, Pirates Cove and the like. A lot of it was given to my son too so it stayed in house if the need ever arises.

I am in the same boat w/ Tabac. It hasn't gotten much use the past couple months. The reason is I know it works spectacularly, and I was on a mission to find what else reached the same level. Those that I mentioned a few posts ago seem to be the winners.

I didn't get a super expensive pair, I think the ones I picked were $25 but they looked nice, weren't puffy and were claimed to be good for cold/wet weather.

I'm more excited about the ear muffs they look so cool

and they were damn expensive too! if I actually bought them from 180s they would have been $40 but I got them for 25 on amazon

    haha

What you really need is a mouton hat Jen. I like this one made of Dalmation fur.

Sadly that is not real fur, it is fleece so it will not be as warm.

    Traitor!!!

I still think she should get it. :D

I actually wore a mouton cap when I worked up north. I'm sure it was synthetic something or 'nother, but I really liked it. Very warm. The goofiness of it goes away after you're used to it.

And Dom is back. Welcome buddy. We're trying to convince Tracy he doesn't need to buy more stuff. Or is it that he should buy more stuff? I get confused.
