Fuzzy, DOOM is a DOS game.. so yeah Win 3.1 era. There were a lot of secret places. I dunno... Something about chainsaws in picture tag got me thinking about it.

Ugh.. my stupid alarm clock needs replaced. On Monday it wouldn't turn off the alarm. Yesterday I woke up early. Today even though it was switched to on, the alarm didn't go off. This is probably my 12th alarm clock since college. My wife is still on her alarm clock from Junior High. I guess I accept that my EM field kills alarm clocks as well as digital cameras and cell phones. But alarm clocks are too low tech... huh

Yup.... Back in the late 80's HP tech never failed. Now every stupid HP printer has issues. I thought it was just me.

 

I worked for HP for about 12 years before it split into two companies (computer/printer and test & measurement). The company went to pot after Bill and Dave were gone. Lots of good people managed by idiots, led by a BOD without a clue. Can't say that Agilent (the T&M half of the original company) fared any better. Where's my bat?

just tried an Astra Keramik blade...those are even nicer than the Astra Superiors! Too bad they're getting harder and harder to find.

what... you couldn't mention this before they were getting harder to find? Why can't anyone make a discovery like this when things are easy to find?

still at work, but getting out before much longer. Then I get to pack up my papers to grade and head home to start prepping stuff.

 

exactly why I got them when I did (when I ordered the Shark blades to try), I'd read somewhere they were getting harder to find, & I recall Rolls remarking that he liked them better that the Superiors as well.


also, I misread that last phrase and wondered why you would be peppering your papers...:ashamed001

 

Sorta like, something happened to that thing, and then you find out later that it only went left.

 

egads... 4 day weekend... forget the papers to grade (pepper? really?).... I need to pack the aeropress!
