favre playing for the vikings. heresy. major league heresy. these things just shouldn't be allowed.

I'm not a huge football fan but I did receive a little bit of cheesehead-itis via osmosis from living in WI for a number of years. I also remember the rivalry between minnesota and WI. I am sure that favre with the vikings is causing some existential crises for fans across WI.

    nice!
I've still not seen that movie in its entirety, heck, I'd be surprised if I've seen 45 minutes of it, honestly. But I did enjoy what I have seen of it

    oh, and great avatar Micah!

What's the deal with KITT and John Adams?!?

Next review will be for Two For the Road, starring Audrey Hepburn and Albert Finney.

William Daniels also has a role in the movie, thus the discovery about John Adams.

It also causes some real soul searching among Viking fans whose has their best team since '98 being led by the long-time franchise QB of their arch rivals. I've come to peace with it, but I'm really not a huge Favre fan even though he's leading my team.

Not embeddable, but thought y'all might have some opinions on this:

I just hope it turns out better than GI Joe did. I'm going into it with the same attitude I did about Dukes of Hazzard... "This is not the same show, it's just a reimagining." Please let it turn out decent.

    my day has been horrible.

woke up this morning to see my 1.5 year old cat lying on the floor breathing but cant move. his arms were like cooked spaghetti noodle, and he couldnt even move his head. i took him to the vet and they said that his bladder was blocked and that they could try to un block it but that his condition was so bad that he probably wouldnt make it . and even if he did make it, this condition would come back again over the years. i just couldnt put my cat through a painful procedure that he wasnt likely to survive. So i had to make the decision to put him down.

    RIP Sandy

Sorry for your loss. I'm sure that was a very difficult decision you had to make.

Thanks everyone. Yeah it was hard to do. Of course i want my cat to stay around but not if he is gonna have to go through this pain again a few more times in his life. i felt bad for the little guy. the said they normally put cats under to do the procedure they were gonna have to do but they said he was so far gone already that they could only do partial anesthia (sic) for fear of losing him if they put him under.

We lost our Kitty last spring right at the same time as the great Bee infestation. It sucks. We still haven't gotten another cat, but I've sure been thinking hard about it. My condolences on your loss, and like the others, I applaud you for making the right decision.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I know it is a tough decision, many of us have had to make a similar one. It hurts, but it was the right choice.

I hope Conan O'Brian tells NBC to ****-off. If I were him, I'd be totally peeved about the whole Jay Leno thing. Jay took a gamble and left the show to do something even less funny/entertaining, and it bit him in the butt. Take my advice NBC:

Can Jay. Keep Conan. Thank your lucky stars you dropped the big chinned jerk.

CBS, You're next! Dave stopped being funny when he started talking politics. Let's see what Craig can do in a better time slot.

And Fox--fox, fox, fox. I've seen assisted suicides that were funnier than Wanda Sykes. Seriously, if I ever loathed anyone, it was Wanda Sykes.

I would like to go on record and say that I find Tracy Morgan painfully unfunny, Alec Baldwin personally offensive, and Tina Fey abhorrent.

    That is all.
