Well the micah1_8 clan has arrived at Sallisaw Oklahoma, just got settled in to our "kabin" at the KOA. No tv. No refrigerator. Free WiFi! 'Sall good. Now, anybody know of some good spoliating spots around here?


We stopped in Poteau and visited TWGW's Aunt Shirley, and she gave me a small cup with some razors... A fatboy, A slim, and a tapered handled SS(Gillette Knack?). They look like they might clean up pretty well, it's hard to say, but they all open and the two adjustables adjust nicely. It looks like they all line up nicely. Planing to eat with dad-in-law later this week. Now, if I could just come into a windfall between now and Friday, I might be able to relax. There is a casino just up the road...

Now, if I could just find a nude friendly hiking trail.

Okay, so I got this sci-fi movie from Netflix last night I'd never heard of called Pandorum. It rocked. If you enjoy science fiction thrillers (alien, event horizon, etc...) then you'll enjoy this movie.

It's gory. That's its major drawback. Some of the gore is gratuitous. But if you can get past that, it's a good movie. Good ORIGINAL plot (it's not a sequel or remake of any kind). Good acting. Good special effects. Some big studio put a lot of money behind this film and it looks awesome.

 

He doesn't tend to stick around too long, does he?

 

nope. I swear my toddler likes to eat those for breakfast.

 

Currently enjoying an RC cola and a moon pie and listening to the birds tawitt tawittering outside my cabin. It's kind of nice.

 

just finished helping my son build his first model, the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine.
Now off to get some stuff to help my daughter with her crystal growing kit. wish that had come with some of the directions listed on the outside of the box, I probably would have changed my mind and got something simpler - ie, takes less time
