Hey, thanks for asking!
it's about the same as it has been. have a dr. appt. Friday morning.
hoping for good news, but I have a feeling it's not going to be great. my bicep is still further up my arm, toward the shoulder, and slightly inward, of where it's supposed to be. I keep having hope that it's getting better and healing itself, but I want to make sure. Normally I'd just wait it out, but everything I've read about torn bicep is that time is critical to have any hope of getting back to 100%.
So, I'm either praying that: A) it's not torn, just extremely pulled, or B) it's not too late. By time Friday gets here it will have been nearly 3 weeks. I would have gone sooner, that night even, if I'd had a better clue what I might be dealing with.
I had/have full range of motion, fingers all moved, etc., so I didn't figure it was too bad.

been spending a huge chunk of the morning trying to figure out why drag and drop in my firefox stopped working. couldn't drag tabs to reorganize, couldn't drag URLs to the tab bar, couldn't drag pictures, nothing. Been trouble shooting all aspects of firefox - resetting addons, extensions, etc. No worky.
Accidentally discovered I couldn't drag and drop in windows at all when I tried to move some desktop icons.
Then, all the sudden, it all started working normal again.....

ummmm......
