So I'm trying out Iron browser--it's chrome, only with Google's snoopware stripped from it.

I'm liking it pretty well, so far. Might make a good backup browser. It's certainly snappy and lightweight.

Yesterday was a Ctrl>Alt>Delete day and today is even worse. Our only form of transportion, won't run. It is old and unlike vintage razors that go on forever, it has reached the end of the trail for the old horse. The old nag needs a good burail.

Just walked my mother in law through installing portableteamviewer on her computer.

Yikes, that was way more difficult than it should have been, but now I can just remote into her computer when she has problems. So hopefully next time things will be a lot smoother.

I hope this quarter goes by quickly... I am looking forward to my nice warm bed. It's been a LOOOONG day.

found something new last night: Sierra Mist Natural

It's Sierra Mist, made with real sugar, a la Pepsi and Mt Dew throwback. I thought it was a clever name, seeing as there's no "old" version of SM to "throwback" to.
In fact, I could see that as the permanent lineup of Pepsi products made with real sugar. You have the (current) regular, diet, Zero, and Natural.

Went out with family tonight. I was really ticked to find that Cold Stone didn't have its pumpkin ice cream out yet.

fried fish, fried chicken, french fries, mashed taters & gravy, bbq pork ribs, bbq brisket, green beans, salad, ice cream and peach cobbler, and about 1/2 gallon of sweet tea...yeah, I'm good til Sunday
