Great.... I didn't want Monday to come sooner, I wanted to go back and do the weekend again.

There are three HYD threads on the front page.

 

If ye scurvy dogs ever get the chance, ye be needin' to plot course straight for a Three Dog Night concert! They arrrrrrrr still kickin' with great strength and vigor, mateys!

We caught them in concert last night, and it was rockin'! They did a song from their upcoming album, and let me tell you, they nailed the blues. In one of the more humorous moments of the night, they did a hip-hop/rap version of "Mamma told me not to come."

Who knew that:

a. White guys can rap.
b. Old white guys can rap.

Not usually one for rap, I had to say, I was floored with the mad skills the lead singer threw down on stage. Crazy man, just crazy.

Apparently, you can teach Three Dogs new tricks!


Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, after we got to the show, a friend with clout got us upgraded to front row seats. The band recognized us from the front row... I know because we also got to go backstage and meet them. Awesome night. As soon as I get a copy of the picture they took, I'll have to share it with you guys.

 

I was just a few hours early. Didn't think I'd get back on the computer till morning.
