    I gained 15 pounds since last year--I am now weighing 235, but hopefully by the end summer I will lose back. :) I do now heavy duty training 5 days a week.

    nice! I had the pleasure of putting a heavy bag out of its misery once...fortunately the instructor not only laughed and enjoyed it, he actually encouraged me to, he needed a reason to get a new one :D

    and you're welcome, it wouldn't have to have been an edit if things weren't so busy today...I really should stay off here until I have some of these things calmed down, but I gotta keep my priorities, ya know :cool:
