Took TWGW to a minor league exhibition game for Mother's Day. Wonderful weather and empty ballpark...

 

We just watched the Amorous Adventures of Moll Flanders starring Kim Novak.

I didn't know it had Angela Lansbury too! A good movie just became an awesome movie!

 

How's Your Day? May 9 - May 15, 2011

Well... it was a beautiful weekend. TWGW got her first case of sunburn, we ate far too much junk food and ate out far too often.

It will be a busy week. I think I have at least one meeting or appointment during my lunch each day this week and at least one meeting or appointment after work each day. Throw in daughter's 4H meetings, baseball practice, and miscellaneous stuff and call it a busy week.

The Chicago pen show is coming up this weekend. I can't decide if I want to spend my only open day of the week going to the show.

Oh well.. I wish everyone a safe and happy (as you can possibly be) PSPT!

 

I helped a friend move yesterday and ended up going much later than expected. I'm super sore this morning, but I know the workout was good for me.

 

We bought some of these this weekend:

Filled 2 up with cranberry juice and 2 with cranberry pomegranate juice (ugh, I don't know what TWGW sees in that stuff).

They work great! I refilled mine with some flat ginger ale, we'll see how it does tonite.

Although I did recently find an awesome new juice, Ruby Pomegranate Grapefruit Juice

That was funny...though truth be told, I enjoyed it better with the sound muted

Well, finally got around to doing this last night, been intending on it for a couple of weeks now, but was out of steel-cut oats til yesterday.
Should help with the frantic morning pace each day, especially while we're down to one vehicle. Just grab an oatmeal and a yogurt for breakfast each day and get after it.

Now, to find a quick, efficient, and inexpensive way to do lunch like this everyday....
