I need to get to bed. TWGW and I are hiking early in the morning. Time to conquer a mountain (but a small mountain).

 

Going to beseech prayers from those willing to do so:
I have a friend most likely about to go through a divorce, he's really struggling right now whether he should or not.
On the plus side, I've piqued his interest in our hobby, he actually has his grandfather's old razor and brush somewhere.

And also three people close to my wife have had a death in the past 3 days: her principal's husband passed away, a teacher she worked with a couple years ago lost her husband (both of those due to cancer), and a lady at our church lost her mom yesterday.

Other than that, been a heckuva busy week, which I'm afraid is going to look like a vacation once this week at work starts up....

 

Prayer sent. Hang in there!

Aylo everyone! Sorry I have been AWOL. Things have been weird on my connection to TSD since the power outage. Dunno why, but I can get back in!

 

I am not looking forward to today.

It's going to be a long day of work before visiting the doctor this afternoon.

In fact, I'm pretty sure it is going to be a pretty long week...

I have a lump on the back side my left arm (tricep region) that I need to have removed and biopsied.

The first doctor I visited told me it is most likely a lipoma or a cyst, but said if it worried me enough to make an appointment, I need to have it checked out.

Countin' the days - heading up to Maine for a week to see my folks. Heading out this Friday AM.
Been over a year since my last vacation.
Man, the AF spoiled me with 30 days off a year. I used to take a week or two off every three or four months!

 

3 months until my wedding. Finding a job...graduate school....all that jazz.

 

and now it starts.... (at least I'm not "saving time" like Micah is today....)

Just found out my co worker who i am fairly good friends with loves Pink Floyd as well. So now I don't feel as crazy... Well maybe I do but someone else is crazy as well .
