Clever response #2: Clearly, you've never changed an "irregular" baby's diaper.

I guess when your diet consists of krill and herring, methane vapors would be an improvement. :(

I'm glad it's raining, but dude! three sections of fence down so far from the wind. One windowpane shattered by hail. Talk about a storm!

Wednesday night my oldest 16 year old son was driving home after basketball practice when a lady ran a red light and t-boned him in the passenger side of the 4runner he was driving. She hit him so hard his vehicle flipped 3 times and landed on the roof of the car upside down, 3 lanes over in the other direction of oncoming traffic.

Hanging upside down and still strapped in the seat by his seatbelt, he was able to crawl out of the car on to the road. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was later released with a few stitches, cuts and scrapes. For a while, we thought we might lose him.

Needless to say, he had a Devine Co-pilot that night and I have been doing some soul searching since.

I had an accident where my vehicle was totaled, but walked away without a scratch. It happened a little over a year ago. Definitely scary and definitely glad to have both devine protection and a vehicle that protected me well.

I know for me the psychological effect was there when driving for several months after. I pray your son heals quickly both physically and mentally.

Having been through a T-Bone wreck myself I understand. I am very fortunate to have just a hip pointer and neck whiplash that bothers me from time to time but no major injuries.

Sometimes when things like this occur is the time to take pause and listen ...

Randy, my prayers go to your son and you.
