Getting your hands on a second phone was the tough part, as they weren't for sale, only for rent. I remember my dad somehow got a couple from a friend and they didn't even have the phone company name on them. They were pretty heavy duty, with a metal dial, not plastic. The hand sets were pretty heavy too.

 

Tough luck with the snake. Did she make you leave the county?

Well we are now back to the snake again aren't we!

 

Well that is why I posted what I posted in the first place....

 

I don't try too hard to find the snakes, but I do look very hard to make sure I see 'em if they're there.

 

Must have been one heck of a big snake for it to run him out the county.
