Mowed my yard and my orchard in the same time it usually takes to just mow the yard! The new mower is awesome. Even striped the yard with ease.

 

I bet you didn't let Jim watch now did you?

 

I'm thinking of having a mower party next week.

 

oddly enough, I am afraid that is going to be stuck in my head. Maybe it will chase out the queens I think I am a Bunny video....

Sorry, no. I didn't leave the county... Just the dam where the snake was. She was actually pretty cool about it, to be honest. She freaked out, but she didn't go overboard. She even let my son and daughter be kids (climbing on big "dangerous" rocks and cross the running water just above the waterfall, etc.).

Today was a good day, too. Every Sunday seems to be, though. I am very blessed to be part of a great congregation. No better way for me to start a week

I was on vacation a few days this past week. Will this improve my upcoming week? We shall see!

meh.... tendonitis has been acting up again.. Maybe it is just arthritis and I am getting old. who knows>?>>

 

Well, work didn't burn down without me being here on Friday. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Hopefully this will be a better week than last, though I have to admit, last week ended on a pretty high note.

 

Friday I was given the option to leave work at 4:30 or 5:00. I really don't know what is up with my boss...especially when she wants everything to be equal with the other departments. Needless to say these time mean I either spend around 11 hours at work and in transit...or almost 12. Lets see....I don't think the decision is a hard one to make. 4:30 it is. I have kids I hardly see...and unfortunately for the business (despite what they think) my family will always come first.

If I worked until 5, I would bank 11 hours of overtime for a day off...no thank you! I would if the banking program were exercised properly...but HR made up some garbage and quoted policies that don't exist and changed it the way they want it...not the way the finance director established it.

 

Took the day off.

 

This is kind of fun.

I have absolutely no idea how i forgot my voicemail pin number at work, but I did.

The guy that could reset it for me is out today. Ugh.

 

And then .... this ONE time ... at BAND camp....
