odd... this is third time recently that I thought I posted something that wasn't there later. Oh well.. I guess I need to make sure I hit that Post Reply button before following up with shut down the computer

Got stung by a bee this evening. I was probably back in grade school the last time I got stung. Yup, maybe 40 years ago.
I heard some buzzing inside the lamp shade on the lamp sitting here next to my chair.
I looked over and saw the shadow through the shade of what looked like a large housefly.
I reached up inside the lamp shade to catch the annoying little booger and crush him.
I felt a sting on the pad of my ring finger, took a look, and discovered a little pulsing stinger stuck there.
Fortunately I'm not allergic. And no more bee.

Well, the bunny still isn't at 100% and another week of medicine and another vet visit next week. But bunny is recovering and will get there.

I think this is the first time in uniform I've almost crapped my pants. I'm now on the parade for Her Majesty's Honour Guard next year. So much uniform work to be done, good thing I already know all the words to God Save The Queen....
