It's not quite as bad as it looks. It's all superficial, but it is annoying as heck.

 

Nice little riser you have working there. I hope you iced it a bit to ease the pain.

Yay! Daughter's bunny finally has a clear bill of health.

Now daughter has an infection.. at least the rabbit suffered in silence.

 

Yea for the rabbit! Sorry for your daughter! Hope she gets well soon.

 

Sorry I haven't been posting much... first it was school and crazy, then it was summer and crazy, then it was so hot my keyboard melted... then we were gone for a while...

Yesterday was great other than daughter's ear complaints. We drove back home and found the temps in the low 80's. We decided we couldn't waste the good weather and decided to not skip out on the ball game we had tickets for. The autism society had the party deck reserved, so nobody minded when daughter complained about anything. No one was being judgmental, etc... The game was close until the home team blew it in the 9th. The weather was perfect. There was an air show nearby and we got a few fly byes including several by the Thunderbirds. Did I mention the weather was beautiful.

 

okay, so I hit 5 more miles on Total Gym bike attachment, figured it's close to the end of this song, I'll do some cool-down peddling while it finishes and call it a night...I was wrong. How can one possibly stop exercising when that familiar guitar riff starts strumming and starts its crescendo - I'm seriously now thinking of making Eye of the Tiger my alarm clock sound now

 

Wow... so I'm not nearly as sore as I thought I would be. In fact, not sore at all. I can feel that I did work my legs and abs pretty good yesterday, but no soreness or stiffness or anything when I got up this morning.

It's a sign.... clearly I didn't exercise near hard enough

 

Most people start working out too hard, but not long enough. If you're going to push harder, I recommend focusing on going longer not harder.

 

Her and I went to that great Sushi place for dinner again. Ate so much raw fish I felt like a stuffed Penguin...
