    Shep try the goodwill/thrift stores/craigslist, people buy them with best intentions then end up sitting/never being used. Like exercise equipment.

    I got so excited I bought a bag of Jack Links beef jerky at wal mart the other night. :( Not good at all.

    Send your address too! This batch will be going out ....Wednesday since I let it marinate a bit longer but still should be there Saturday. Tracy's might be Monday but you and the Queen's should be there by Sat.

    Shep.....will find a cheap dehydrator for you....walmart.com use to have the best price.

    This is the one I have and they do still have at Wal Mart on line at least. Try ebay but the shipping on those is usually stupid high. It will pay for itself quick but still not worth $40 when you look at it. It is a plastic ball with a heater element in the bottom. But it makes good jerky and very cheap to run.

    It was just a very small bag. All gone. I'll still be able to compare the 2.


    I think I have a shaving related injury. :confused: My right arm is killing me. Think opening all those shaving cream tubs for samplers is to blame. The arm was just hurting when I turned it one way the last week or two. Like turning the steering wheel, would tweak the arm, and cause pain. Now the arm just hurts constantly. Got a brace on now. Hard to type.

    Thanks Shawn. I think I did see that one at WalMart online. The day I was shopping I was hoping to find in local and use it that day. There has to be someplace that sells them B&M. I bet Bed, Bath & Beyond has them but that store can be crazy expensive. I've got days off coming this week so I'll run down and take a look there.

    Great. I just put a basic stop to my shaving AD's and now I'll start up w/ cuts of beef and marinates. Never ends. :rolleyes:

    Rolls I saw your thread but have no idea how to accomplish it. I would think it won't work quite right, but I could be wrong.
