I'm usually confused so it's normal for me.

 

Dear Santa,

Shep's new avatar is creepy. For Christmas, I would like you to bring him a new avatar that doesn't scare me. Alternatively, I would like you to get a restraining order placed on Shep that prohibits him from coming within 1000 feet of my person.

Question for you, Shep. You like the Body Shop old formula shave cream, right?

When you lather it with a brush, do you get a very light lather?

I test lathered with it last night and got a very light lather. Nothing like TOBS or Tabac or Salters or Pre de Provence or most things that I really like. Any advice?

 

Think a tub of TOBS will last all semester with daily or almost daily use? (4 months)

take a second tub or some soap for backup, legs take much more lather than a face.

 

Honestly I really do like TBS cream, but haven't been using it as much since discovering TOBS, Omega and the like. I need to whip up a batch to be sure, but I don't remember it being overly "light". I remember it giving me a rich, creamy lather that shaved quite nicely.

On a side note, I even blew off the big sale that I was gonna be all over when I found out about it. TBS just isn't getting the play in my rotation like before. Still a good cream that I highly recommend however.

 

For legs? Me thinks not. Take two tubs with you. Or some soap.

 

Yeah a good idea, I need to pack my gear up tonight and I'm thinking it's better to pack light. If I get too bored I can alway buy more stuff

 

One puck of Tabac will last you however. :happy088

On a completely unrelated note if any of you keep a checkbook register to track your bank accounts, this is a pretty handy site that I just started using. Basically an online check register among other tools. Helps keep track of those pesos. I got tired of manually writing entries in the bank book and making math errors.

Best part is it's saved on their servers (no personal/account #'s etc necessary) so it's available to you everywhere and will not be lost in the event your hard drive crashes like mine just did. :mad:

 

I picked up a couple tubes and a couple tubs of it at the sale. Gave one tube to a friend who doesn't use a brush for Christmas (he liked it very much) and will probably keep one tub for myself.

 

Alright I tossed in 2 CSG soaps, HBS lilac (thanks again Shep), MWF, Tabac and TOBS rose, 100 Dorco blades and my crappy but now identified DE.

 

Jen, that should last you a couple years right there!!!
