There is a shop that sells the stuff for 3 dollars a tube somewhere in town.

I'm pretty impressed with TSD cream. I just used some Speick splash, and my face feels great, no need for follow-up with a balm.

No, I haven't been able to get back to that antique store. Maybe this week. I'm not sure if it's a New, New Improved, or Old Type. I had only used that pic of the Bostonian as an example of what the case had looked like....

Hopefully I can get back there this week to check it out further. $30...wow, I hope it's worth more than that...I'd hate to pick it up and find it's only worth $5. That's how my luck runs.....

 

I found a nice looking tuckaway set locally, but the handle was completely cracked, and it was still listed at 65 dollars, needless to say it's still sitting in the case.

Don't forget to take the camera, and leave the mrs at home.

I feel weird enough asking to see things in the cases and then not buy them...and then to take pics, too? I really do need to though.

I may stop back at the other place to pick up that blue tip SS I saw last week for $8. It had a case, too....I don't think I'll pick up the Schick unless someone here is interested, I have no interest in Schicks right now. There was also an Ever Ready 1912 Travel in a shiny chrome (?) case, too for $12...

 

What is this Schick you mention? does it look like one of these?

The camera help if you want other people's opinions on pricing for stuff.
I just tell the store owner exactly what my position is, I say I have a friend that's really into this stuff and knows a heck of a lot more than I so I would like to take some pictures to get their opinions.
Dave or Fuzzy could tell you if the 1912 is a good deal or not, with the case it's probably worth 12 dollars.

OK.....I am out now Damn car was frozen over and its cold outside Shaved with some Cella and Anherb gel this morning thanks to Bong. Nice stuff! Especially digging the Anherb. Still holding onto my Nancy Boy gel but this stuff is much more user friendly IMO and much cheaper. The cella was nice but a bit tricky to work with. Very different but very moisturizing. Really reminds me of Volabra brick. Im out now!
