Vent time..........

I was crazy enough to participate in the Irish Moos group buy with West Coast Shaving over B&B. Paid on 11-10-2008. Suposed to have our orders toward the end of December. Now, there is a post from John at WCS on B&B saying they just got word that the stuff is in transit and should be in the US by the end of the month!! WTF takes so long?!?!? Does it honestly take two months to get a delivery from the UK?

 

I am also in on this and was wondering about its satus.

 

Sorry boys and girls. I've been meaning to participate in here today, but they're acting like the world ended while I was gone. Several projects being dumped in my lap that're keeping me busy. Should have taken those extra days off I guess.

 

Rolls, I had a fellow send me some MWF stuff he got directly from the factory for pretty cheap, it was really sent by slow boat, and did take over 2 months to get here.

 

Well, that just sucks.

 

Guys, it is obvious that Moose are hard to find. Couple this with the fact that an Irish Moose is nearly impossible find and you have the reason for the delay.

On a more serious note I do know that it can take a while to ship from the UK, 2 months seems a little long to me.

I believe instead of shipping it directly this way with the time zones, they shippes across time zones, that coupled with the leap second this year....

Once they switch the LHC back on things will arrive last year. That's if you are present today, and have not popped off to 2018 for the weekend.

You still can, you forgot to figure the leap year and you will have until April 15th to fix the problem.

 

How long did it take to send a box of brushes from Kent? 5 months? Shamu could back paddle it over quicker. I dont blame WCS but really should call BS on some part of the entire operation. I could have 12 pallets of bricks and 6 pallets of cow manure shipped from Iraq quicker than the Irisch Moos shipment. dont be surprised that there might be a $866 import duty slapped on it as well. A box of soap? Come on! Afghanistan is exporting heroin to australia is less than 10 days for gods sake!
