Glad he liked it! But I guess everyone likes it! I think Wars is a great cream. I mean really good stuff! Scent kind of reminds me of Erasmic soap. A must have in every shave den though. And for that price you cant go wrong. Wish they made a bigger tube though.

What cream do I need? No menthol...

How's the Old Spice?

Should I buy the Valobra Fougere soap? I really, really want it...But the shipping is so much!

I have just acquired some of the TSD cream. Wonderfull stuff.. the Wars is good and cheap also. I hear the Old Spice is good..have sample on the way. and no on the Valobra.. if you want soap get Williams

I HAVE Williams. I DON'T have Valobra Fougere. I mean, it's a custom edition of Valobra soft soap! How awesome is that? And Fougere is a LOVELY scent. LIke, English Fern...

 

If you have Williams you have it all man.. Williams soap,,, VDH boar brush..Pinaud Clubman... Gem razor..treet SE blade.. heaven man simply heaven.

get the valobra. Suck up the cost, because you know you'll always wish you had...life is short and you can't take the money with you...of course, you can't take the soap with you either...

I had a not so impressive results from the Volabra menthol. First it seemed to have no menthol in it And the performance was OK but a major PITA to deal with since it was a soap/cream. Sold it quickly. Also thought it was weird having shave product in a box....wrapped in wax paper? Weird.

So are we going to let Shep hit the 10k? Be nice since it is the longest thread in Shaving forum history

Good morning everyone! Feeling a little better, but staying home anyway. I had it on the calendar as a vacation day, so I can get a bit more rest and hopefully be good for the weekend. I am so jealous of Rolls, getting Shawn's Jerky and all. Shawn, shoot me your ebay UID, I wouldn't mind checking what is for sale.

It's soft soap...I am thinking of buying extra, as the shipping is a flat fee, and selling samples to help offset the cost.
