Hello Guys and Gals. Stayed home today. Had court in the morning. Adoption procedures for my stepson. Woke up 5 in the morning with a bad bad tummy problem. Involves bathroom and lots of time in there. The combination of early morning and sickness has given my back a jolt of pain I have not felt before.
