    Rolls,
I am here. Busy as hell. Milwaukee job didnt come through for GF and she turned down Dallas job yesterday. Not a good day at all. Did receive the AOS today:) Your jerky is going out the door in 10 minutes. Snagged a couple pieces:) Damn its good! If you dont like i will offer refund the $$$ ASAP with a smile! Will be around ....just freaking out about the mortages, bills, and what not. Selling everything I possibly can on ebay. Even my garbage pail kids collection.

actually, had sausage gravy and biscuits this morning...albeit McDonald's version, but it did the job with outstanding mediocrity

Since when does McDonalds sell Biscuits and Gravy? Ours doesn't.

BTW, I make killer sausage gravy and biscuits, it is the only thing my wife will let me cook.

I don't think McD's has sausage gravy around these parts. Must be a southern thang.

Shawn, you little whippersnapper!! You had better throw up the pieces you snagged and put them back in the back!! J/K!!...........

If you are that hard up for $$, why not consider prostitution? There is very good money selling your "goods". Trust me, I know.......

not just biscuits and gravy...biscuits and sausage gravy...
the one in my town is one of the last ones I've seen it still available at
but, it's not on the menu, I just know they have it, so ask at yours, maybe they have it, if not, worst they can do is look at you funny - you may even convince them to add it at their location

for what it's worth, I used to really like Subway's biscuits and gravy, but apparantly they've stopped making it - maybe it doesn't fit in with their new "health and fitness" theme :D

Ok so here is my way of making them. Take into account I don't make biscuits from scratch, walmart does it for me.

We split a hog with family every year so it is good pork sausage.

Brown the suasage in skillet. I like to put a little crisp on it for flavor but not overly crisp.

    Drain excess grease.

Put 3 tablespoons of flour directly on sausage in skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Add milk and slowly bring to a boil. It will thicken. You need to stir constantly. Add a couple dashes of ceyenne pepper.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Enjoy.

To really make it good use some cream or half and half instead of milk.
