Well,
back from the motorcycle debacle. Got the carb off with no manual and i think i will stop there for now. I reak of gasoline and we got the neighbors coming over later on for drinks and pool. That TOM guy seemed to shut up and the guy about the NB never responded. I need to take the one post out about the lotion, etc. I am waiting for the TOM guy to say something. He needs to head across the street very soon. Hi Shep!

See dude erased his last post in the TOM thread. Good for him. Not a good way to start as a newbie is it? I probably would have given him a tube or a whole bunch of samples if he wouldve been nice or even a ton of samples? I think Rolls scared him away.

 

Sat too long at my old room mates house and the jets in the carb gummed up....I assume. I cranks fine but only idles on full throttle.....as soon as I let up it dies. Getting a rebuild kit and going to soak it an carb bath for a few days. Not a huge mechanic but I have rebuilt many of carbs in my life and very good with auto mechanics. I just want to get it running so I can sell it really. I will play with it for a while once its fixed though being that it is fun as hell.

 

His post was deleted for him. And he was visited by a higher power. We may not be seeing him again.

Was supposed to go out tonight but family drama, not even my family is occurring. We are expecting my play niece and her daughter, the 8 year old apple of my eye to come over tonight instead of going to a shelter.

Yessir. Go check the lists in the thread; what's been covered is there. Bay Rums have been discussed. There will be a week of TSD's upcoming. Soon we'll be entering the territory of obscure, little used brands that nobody has tried. I'd like to avoid that for as long as possible as I don't think there will be much to talk about.

 

Aylo all... anybody here ever use a J.M. Mellon razor? This thing has an open comb and an open comb on the cap. Pics in the haul.
