Cool! I totally agree. I was working on some projects at my mom's house last week and she imediately ran and got a cordless drill and a phillips bit. I kindly told her that I already finished removing the single screw by hand. People jump to power tools too fast I think. Doesn't hurt to do it by hand once in a while.

I am working on some shelves for my wife (in addition to the brushes) She isn't happy with all the shoes in the entry way, so I am making a pretty shoe rack for her. Hopefully that helps the situation.

 

Thank you! Yes, I actually did that with a dremel. I attempted to do it with an x-acto knife, but that was some HARD wood. That brush took some time.

 

That is one sexy brush....


I need to get a cabinet or build some shelves in the Broom here for my shave stuff... Very small medicine cabinet... small room also.. need some more room for stuff.

OK, here it is.
If you have some wall space, and SWMBO would allow, it would create more storage space without eating up room space. If you are handy you could build your own, otherwise they come pre-made.

AWESOME! Not to get your hopes up, but it is entirely possible that it is not actually a Tuckaway, but a NEW norfolk. If that is the case, you just made one hell of a purchase. Either way, I think you will be very happy with that purchase. I love them. In fact, if you are not 100% satisfied. I will buy it from you.

Egads Rodd... just looking at your collection photos.. I don't know if I should be ashamed of my meager collection or happy that I kept the RAD under control as well as I can... but your collection is quite impressive.

Very nice... blurry acquisition, but I trust Rodd to be right in his assumption.

for what it is worth, I just did a count.. I am up to 31 razors.... why... why do I have so many? And to think, I have done two purges already.

 

Please do, I'll try to keep the :drool to a minimum

hmm, I don't really want to incriminate myself and post a real number, almost all of mine are user grades thought, not much eye-candy in my stash of cutters.

 

I am the same I use all mine at one time or another... do not throw out the plate to get the real good looking ones.. I got to run for abit hope to make it back.
