Had to revert more Goodfella spam off Wikipedia. Next time that guy does it, he's looking at a block.

 

I like QED have some violet stuff he made as a one off kinda deal.

 

What is Goodfella spam?

 

Someone keeps posting spam for the Goodfella razors in the shaving articles. It's near certain that it's someone associated with Goodfella. If it were a quality product, that kind of thing would not be necessary.

 

I just finished going through all my razors and spare pieces and realized I am holding on to far too much that I am not using and don't have that great amount of joy for. I found the original QED plastic container and will just remelt the entire thing back into it. In regards for the TSD trade. I am certainly interested in trying TSD soaps; however, I have had reactions with three different types of Bay Rum soap (all versions of Ogallala, Susie Bubbles, and I can't recall the third it was some small sample of something...)

 

I didn't know you could spam Wikipedia.

 

I also have Mayan Gold Shave stick which is has patchouli,sandalwood,sage,orange,grapefruit,vanilla,chocolate and musk. Or I have a tub or Bourbon Vanilla which is cedarwood,vanilla,musk and lemon.

If any of these spark some interest let me know.

Yup. Bong hit the nail on the head. It's a glycerin soap. Charles has some good strong scents and his soaps work great when making superlathers. If your trade with Justin falls through, let me know.

That's a good price on the MWF, Tracy. If you get the Rosewood (I think), I would definitely like to try it. Paul's creams are good, but not as good as TOBS, in my opinion. As I said before, however, some of his scents are not found anywhere else (and the sweet orange is amazing) and that fact will probably lead to me purchasing a tub or two of his creams sometime after my den thins out.

 

Sent a PM to Tracy. So, while I am purging soaps I really don't see me ever getting through...

Anyone want to do a trade for some MWF? I have a puck that is mostly unused. it has some cracking, but it still has 122 out of the 125 grams it started with.

If nobody wants it here, I will probably post it on B/S/T later this week with some razors and what not...

 

Sorry J.....I have 2 unopened pucks of the fat, one in the ceramic dish.

Ugh. MWF. I'm trying to unload mine as well.

 

I haven't exactly decided. I have to go through a take pics and then rate them. By the time I am done with that, I may change my mind completely.

I am guessing .. A krona (only shaved with once and not that impressed), E4 Fatboy, a Milord (with one missing end cap), shaver quality H4 slim, a tech or two, an old style or two, maybe a feather portable, 1-2 Ever-Ready, maybe 1-2 GEM. If I wait until my GEM lot comes in, I may be wanting to offload a micromatic or two as well. However, I am hoping that they will suit me just fine.

 

Well I stayed up well past what was wise. Brownies are cooled, cut and ready for daughter to take to work, soaps are transferred out of AH bowls into their original plastic containers (and MWF cardboard box).

Sleep is long overdue. See ya tomorrow.

Morning all. Up before the chickens as usual for a work day. Used the Noxema this morning.. thanks Shawn. Nice stuff. I can see what the hype is about. It was day 3 on a 7 oclock yellow. Nice blade also. My New Improved likes it alot.

Well got to finish getting ready for work. later guys.


Oh and Matt I picked up a ever ready 1914 model that has the lift here written on it like the one you posted awhile back.. might shave with it tomorrow if i get it cleaned up.

The brownies are for daughter to take to school as part of her birthday treat. She helped make them. They just weren't ready to cut and pack up for school until after she was in bed.
