Shawn, you've used both. Do you think the Godrej Deluxe and the Palmolive Moisturizing Deluxe are the same? They're at least very similar, IIRC, right? What do you think?

Yeah, Shep. "Assault weapons" and related ammo will be the first to take a hit and in the hardest way. All ammo will most likely go up, but that's been occurring through even the Republican admins. (note: wrote Master's thesis on related topic)

Shep does it on purpose. He picks the time of day when no one else is around to come in here. I think he likes the quiet.

 

I think the Palmolive is much better. much better to my face at least.

 

I'm back. Got locked out again. Doesn't happen as often lately but still does occur. I spent some time over on Amazon reading through reader reviews of the Merkur Futur. Most really liked it, but some were complaining about DE shaving in general. I had to pipe in and respond to one. He said you can get an equal shave or better from a Mach3 compared to a DE. Had to point out the error in his post. <evil laugh>.

I was diplomatic. It's the mod in me I guess.

 

And while over there I took a look at some Jack Black lather shave cream. It's outside the realm of what we usually talk about, but it appears to be formulated with some good stuff. Lots of pos reviews, but that doesn't mean anything. It can be whipped w/ a brush to produce lather. Kind of pricey at $22. Anybody ever try it?

 

Anyone have any idea what the mystery blade Walgreens store brand might be? It's marked Made in USA and totally blank otherwise.

 

American Personnas. Never used them, but I'm not optimistic. I think the Bunny likes them though.

 

Personna blades. I actually like them American Safety Razor is the manufacturer.

I have US personnas from wally world and they are better than these. I may as well have used a cat food can lid. They weren't cheap either dangit. I quit halfway through and loaded another blade, same deal. Crappiest shave so far.

 

I raided a Sephora for samples when I was shopping for a brushless cream for my brother right before Christmas. If you're talking about the supreme cream, it's awful, awful stuff.

My father in-law uses these regularly.

But heck, he was at Okinawa during the end of the war. What the heck can I say to him. lol
