I took my physical and need to get a heart rate waiver (I can run 3 miles but they wont let me walk up the steps for 3 min).

Fasting dose that to my body, HR and BP go through the roof.

The house is a bit out of order but just about settled.

2 years ago the wife and I dressed as Dog and Beth for Halloween. I am going to wear the wig I had from that costume for sure.
