How's Your Day? - August 2013

Local comic-con is tomorrow!!! I've been looking forward to it since last year. This year, I'm even going in costume. I'm going to put on my best suit, paint my beard grey, and wear this nametag:

My relaxing evening

 

Just finished watching The Great Gatsby with my wife. I have to day, this is the best film version of it! I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to adding it to my film collection.

Its nice to find a film that I really enjoyed watching. There have been many good ones come out, but I would never want to watch them again, let alone buy them. This one though, I REALLY enjoyed it! I highly recommend it.

 

Feeling better today. I am very tired, but no pain.

 

I'm interested, but won't be able to today.....most of the time I love my wife to death, but days like this, bgdaaaa - she planned a stinkin' dinner get together with her dad tonight. What the heck is she thinking??? I've told her for WEEKS now that tonight is the opening game of Crimson Tide football! She'll never learn...

 

And I take it your father-in-law isn't into football?

 

?? Maybe she did learn, and the schedules no coincidence???

 

Nah, he is....sort of. He's an Arkansas fan

It'll be alright though, I guess. I don't know how much of a game it will be. Could be close, could be a cakewalk. But, there's something about waiting months for it all to start again, look forward to the day, then have it ripped out like a big scab

But, then again, I have been feeling a bit feverish and weak today

 

Lol, nah. It's just not prevalent in her mind. But, there are other things going on, so stuff's gotta get done. As much as I talk, my schedule doesn't revolve around the football schedule. Which is a good thing, because I'm probably gonna miss every game in October due to high school band competitions
