How's your day? February 2016

Today is the one year anniversary of my moms passing, it's been a tough year without her. I miss her dearly but I know she's in a better place.
Today my wife and daughter and I will release a couple white balloons in memory of my mom.

You're welcome! I lost my dad suddenly nine years ago and while everyone grieves differently, the first time through various holidays and events without our loved one(s) is the worst. It does get better.

Frustrating day. After having to fight with my health insurance provider, to get them to authorize more physical therapy sessions (they dragged their feet & were rude to the rep from my doctor's office.), I had an MRI scheduled in the afternoon. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't complete it.

 

Nope. You need to reverse the polarity of the neutron flow.

 

Went out for dinner tonight came home to 20 minute back up traffic due to a car accident in town and no electricity at the house. did I mention I have well water?

 

still no power due to a car accident and transformer fire. I have no heat and no water because of the well. But at least I have a gas stove and can have my coffee. Things can be worse. now to figure out how to keep my phone charged.

 

At least you don't have sick water, that would make things even worse.

 

You don't know what I'd give to live in a town where a car accident can keep me without power for 10 hours. That tells me things work at a snails pace, I live in a city of over a million people who are willing to knock you over in the grocery store.

 

Another day closer! Woo-hoo!!

Y'know, I don't care for rude customer service. As for an MRI, I had one, and asked the guys in charge, "You sure I can breathe in this thing???"

 

The good news is that my insurer has finally approved more physical therapy sessions for me. (The woman from my doctor's office called & told me this). I will probably get a letter from my insurer, informing me of this, in about 2 months.

 

I'm glad SOMEONE told you. With me, I just get the letter from my therapist's office saying that they contacted the insurer for more time and it was accepted.
