    More excellent news from Canada.... Limecat was able to walk the halls a bit today (with a walker) and talk on the phone a bit. He is hopefully getting moved out of ICU tonight/tomorrow and if everything continues on track, could be back home in a few days.

    I'm happy to report that yesterday was the FIRST day in about a month that I didn't need any pain medication for my CTS in my left hand/arm; and only had to wear my cumbersome brace for about 1/2 the time.
    Slowly but surely, I'm getting closer to the light at the end of this long, dark tunnel….:happy093:

    Amazon is great, when you're a buyer. Easy enough to set-up an account, etc.

    However.....................................................

    If you wanna utilize other Amazon functions..........

    So, the shop software got updated today, and there was a note about integrating payments with Amazon being a new feature.
    Sounds like a possibly good thing for the shop and forum.
    Then I spend hours trying to sign up for various Amazon services to accomplish this.
    I went from 2 Amazon accounts to like 10, my LastPass is loaded with Amazon log-ins. Lord knows if I'll ever figure out which is which and where is where, and I still got nowhere near my goal!
    Why can't Amazon simplify this?? I literally had to sign-up for each Amazon service, enter all my info again and again and yes, again, ad nauseam. A simple enable/disable features/services/ functions through a Seller account seems like a better idea to me.

    As frustrating as dealing with Amazon's non-retail consumer side is I'm quite surprised they have grown as big as they are.

    *facepalm* I thought I was done with brushes. Found myself emailing Simpson to find out about pricing for a Duke 3 in 2-Band. Hmmm, SBAD starting a little BLOODY EARLY THIS YEAR!?

    wow, I've kind of been away for a few days, huh? Haven't seen you guys since last year!

    Let's see if I can get you all caught up.

    Put the finishing touches on the cover for Crag Banyon #5 over the weekend, got a new pellet gun (Gamo Bone Collector .177 Bull Whisper for any gearheads interested--- this thing is freakin' sweet), and picked up a rockin' 1950's era toy typewriter.

    Also, it's stupid cold in Texas today.

    Great news Rich!

    My day so far, good and bad! I went out to go to the Post Office to pick up some new shaving soaps and found my rear windshield all busted up. Some kids had thrown a rock through it...............

    After leaving the Police Station, I did pick my new Synergy Cavendish, TABAC, and TOBS Sandalwood.

    It's 31 degrees near noon in Houston. I'm not complaining though because the high tomorrow in the Pittsburgh area is supposed to be 6. I've got a business trip scheduled, but it's not until next week after it warms up again.

    today is not much better, current temp is -29C(-20F) -42C(-43F) with the wind chill. It was colder when I left for work.
