I've been making morning and afternoon trips to my Mom's house to feed the cat while they are away. Just for a week. But today I noticed a major extra job I need to do this afternoon......erase as many of her 131 outstanding phone messages, spanning two years, as I can.

 

I put my head down on the pillow for what I thought would be 15 minutes, well 3hrs later with my cat purring in my ear I woke up,

I feel so refreshed.

 

The work day is over. In my recliner with the remnants of a bottle of Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Rum in hand and a book by my side.
"Day is done, gone the sun From the lake, from the hills, from the sky; All is well, safely rest, God is nigh."

 

Woke up to the sound of my phone with an emergency repair needed. Son's hockey practice this morning, daughter's dance practice this morning, and son's futsal game this afternoon. Then followed by some AHL on the TV.

Every Saturday lol. Futsal takes a break after this weekend to get ready for Spring season. The team went undefeated in the fall season and in 2 tournaments. They aren't very good at Futsal though haha. It's the AHL All-star skills competition tonight at 7:30.

Had boo-coo running around to do this morning. Herself is working, so I took myself out to breakfast, ran my errands, then took the puppy to Petsmart to get groomed. Gonna work on my boots for the upcoming week. Later it's going to be pizza for supper, some rum and a book. Ahhh, Saturday.

 

Well, it was Rum, but it wasn't a book. One of the classic movies. And the one that started Humphrey Bogart's career in Hollywood. Life is good!

 

One month into Isagenix and I'm down a total of 12.6 lbs and 3.5% body fat. Now weighing in at 156.4 lbs at 15.6% body fat.

 

Good job! You do however seem to be adopting a rather unusual BMI profile for a penguin.

Sitting in bed watching M.A.S.H. because the kids have the living room TV and Henry Blake was using a straight. I've always seen Hawkeye lather up, but never seen anyone actually shave on the show.

My wife came home with one of those shoe racks that hang on the back of a door, this is my second one now. So at 10:30pm last night I'm filling it up with soaps and such, she says ""where did all that come from""??? I said good question. I really have no idea how I got to this point.
