Worked in an 115 degree kitchen for 10 hours today. Then got to walk home in the marvelous 96 degree heat. Ice cold shower and sitting in the a/c the rest of the night.

    Stay cool everyone :)

85 & moderate humidity. Not too bad, really. It was a good morning at the range; I shot @ 60 yards- my farthest distance to date.

Beautiful day today. We took a drive into Asheville and averaged about 44 mpg in our new C Max.

That weather looks fantastic, but how do you like the C Max. I am considering getting a small fuel efficient SUV and the C Max seems to fit that bill.

Just completed my final exam for my college nutrition class. 368 out 400 point. Walking away with a 92% not to bad IMO. Overall grade for the course 97%. Ill take that any day.
I am ready for my older children to go back to their mothers and I can get back to work. This has been a fun and long two week vacation. For the rest of the night, its going to be out with the grill and a ice cold brew. 91 F with a moderate humidity.

@Darkbulb I just heard Jimmy Fallon say that a study shows that San Francisco is the most expensive city for singles due to the cost of gym memberships, date nights, and clothing. So if you don't mind being overweight, lonely, and naked it's a great place to live.

Yeah the cost of living here is the only thing could make me consider moving.
That and if we drop into the Pacific.

You won't have to worry about that! The way the San Adreas fault runs, you'll end up in Alaska. Little known fact.

Hmm... aren't we due for a coffee shop pic about now? :D
