My wife accidently serged over a pin when making a dress. Her serger blades got thrashed. The replacements came today (generic ones for $18 for both...instead of $45/blade)...one fit but the other was the wrong length (the top blade). So I managed to take my Rolls Razor hone and get rid of the marks on her original top blade. Now the over lock machine works better than it ever has! Rolls Razors....who knew!? (See the chipping on the blade that sticks up from the bottom) Edit: its honestly giving me a business idea...lol! $35 for blade sharpening, saving people $50-80 so they don't need to buy new ones! Just need a proper hone now Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
I could spend over an hour of uninterrupted clarinet practice ... that is a luxury with a family of four and having no dedicated study room
We went out to browse at TV's today. We're thinking of buying a bigger one, for our anniversary, in the fall. While we were there, I bought a new laptop.
