How's Your Day - June 2014

Kevin I had two EMG's last year. They're a blast.

 

I suppose it couldn't be much worse than a large-needled injection into the wrist, right?

 

I hate to spoil it for you both, but a small needle into the big toe is (I'm betting) way worse. My doc almost saw a grown man cry.

 

That does sound nasty, but I can think of worse, more sensitive areas into which I've had injections....

 

I've had those three times. My first nerve block actually made my downtowners ache

One word, no.

 

Finishing out the birthday day with a meal at my favorite Vegas restaurant, a wee dram of b&b, and a Davidoff cigar.

Happy Birthday..in Vegas...Sheesh. Some people fall up hill.

I recently went from a goatee to a mustache, soul patch and chin puff. "Hey. Mikey. He likes it!"

 

My day has started off decent so far. Good walk with the dog, so far no issues at work. Got goodies coming in the mail. And Friday kicks off my weekend long birthday celebration! Yeah boy!

I ordered the wrong shave stand -.- oh well.

 

I bought a Mühle brush stand for an omega brush. I live and I learn. It's for my dad for father's day. Makes me feel dumb.

 

I went down to the retirement office today & filed my papers. They were polite & efficient, so it was all done in under 2 hours. So, as of 3 weeks from today, I am a bum! (The best kind...one with an income.)

 

It should still work just fine tho

 

Nope :/ I tried my Omega as well. No Buenos. I guess I have to keep the stand and buy a brush to fit

 

There's always a bright side.
