    @macaronus .. I have to admit being ridiculous excited about the new Minion movie. I might even go see it in the theater as opposed to waiting for the DVD.

    Sorry about the first 2. The rest seems pretty good though. Funny thing about birthdays is that as much as we may hate them after a certain point, having them always beats the alternative.

    Hand kneaded.
    Left: rye bread with a bit of apple/pear molasses and chocolate
    Right: rye / whole weat bread

    I put a vintage baking stone in the oven to bake them on (so the bottom crust is really crispy as well!

    Gosh those look yummy! Could you send some over? I'm having muscles tomorrow night and I need a nice bread to sop up the sauce. :drool:
