Finally...after nine months of overtime...we're back to full strength, manpower-wise. I padded my savings account nicely, but I like *my* time, too.
Began the day by playing with power tools. Since then I've gone over the checking statement (no problems) wile running some laundry. Will begin tutoring shortly.
If you have time, would you mind stopping over to take care of my laundry too? I'm afraid that it has reached such proportions that it may eat me if I get too close.
Doing great! Had a pretty easy day at work, my wife is out for a "girls night," and I'm relaxing after just getting back in from a nice run with my dog. I also found this guy's channel on YouTube: (mild language warning. not terrible at all though.) I swear this guy used to live close to me when I lived in Salem. Never met him, but I swear I saw him at Kelly's Roast Beef, lol. He's absolutely hilarious.
Just found out that our daughter passed her TASC (GED) test, so she is now a High School Graduate (or equivalent). Her mom and I are very proud of her.
limited workout at the gym (lower body only), then spent most of the day with my Mom-coaching her on her physical therapy "homework". Thought about going grocery shopping, but it can wait til tomorrow. Oh, I forgot....as I pulled into my Mom's driveway, two dogs were running right to me-they appeared to equate greyhounds with their speed. I got out to "socialize"-one liked me, but the other was barking(perhaps the latter was jealous). Nice dogs.
