    I used to have one on the dash of my truck, but our roads are so bumpy that she kept breaking her hips. Sadly, I had to retire her.

    Glissading is the act of descending a steep snow- or scree-covered slope via a controlled slide on one's feet or buttocks. It is an alternative to other descent methods such as plunge stepping, and may be used to expedite a descent, or simply for the thrill.

    I am so over this whole teeth thing. They're more trouble than they're worth! :angry017:

    Pretty sure I have an infection of some sort. Jaw is hurting, teeth are hurting, and my lymph nodes look like a string of Christmas lights down the side of my neck.

    Oh no! That sounds like agony. Any chance you were able to get in to see the dentist or doctor? I hope it hasn't gotten worse since you posted :(. Perhaps a warm compress & Ibuprofen to help with the inflamation & pain. It certainly sounds like an infection & they can get very serious. I hope if it gets any worse you'll consider going to urgent care for antibioics.

    Please take care of our Queen! ((((Hugs)))))

    My day? Not that great so far. We got 16+" snow yesterday and I now have to go out and shovel half the street and my driveway and sidewalks. Then I get to go to work for 10 hours.... :mad:

    Thanks, all! I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. The only thing keeping me sane is ibuprofen.

    Just been a bit of a rough weekend. Pretty sure my daughter had a petit mal seizure while I was driving Friday. That's new. Have to get the doctor to check her out. :(
    Then the snow we got hit with last night. Geesh!

    So good to see your post JoAnna & that your appt is soon. Hopefully you'll get relief from both your tooth & the crummy weather. Sending lots of good wishes & prayers for your daughter. I can only imagine how helpless you must have felt to have been driving when she had the seizure :(

    So on my way out to my truck I fell down my front steps. Feeling pretty crappy now.

    Ouch! I hope you didn't hurt anything! Ice is one of life's great equalizers, knocking us all on our bums :( What's the forecast like? It's wild that you're out shoveling that much snow when it's nearly April :eek:
