I cooked a pork pot roast today and dropped the big pork loin in the hot olive oil in my Dutch oven ( without drying the meat!) and the boiling hot oil shot out of the pot and burned my inside wrist pretty bad. Then another pop in my right eye( which I just had cataract removed! ) So wife , a retired nurse had to do wound care! Stoically, I finished cooking and it was GREAT!
I brought a trash bag into my bedroom and cleared out some piles-and I mean piles-of "stuff" both right next to my computer and on my desk.
