    Glad to hear all went well this morning keep on top of the pain dude and eat lots of fiber and up your liquids pain pills will plug you up.

    Duly noted! I've a nice (!)glass of the ol' prune juice awaiting….:D

    However, I draw the line at trying that notorious concoction of prune juice & Metamucil, dubbed 'The Pile Driver' by its proponents….:shocked003::D

    I cooked in a nursing home for 13yrs they has a mixture of apple sauce ,stewed prunes,bran,raisons and prune juice for liquid blended together and they would give that to them until things got flowing.

    The bar version sounds at least slightly better or at least less bad.... 1/3 each vodka, OJ, prune juice.

    The carpal tunnel surgeries can be very helpful. They made a big improvement in my life. I wish you luck with your recovery.
