How's Your Day? September 2016

I tried that & it didn't go well. So I went to shooting with one eye open. But that creates muscle tension, so I am trying to learn how to shoot with both eyes open. To do it, I clipped a blinder to the right side of my ball cap. Without that, the inevitable result of my 2-eyed shooting is an arrow that hits 2 feet to the right of my target.

That day, I plan to see a movie that's rated Arrrrrr!

 

I have a bad habit of chewing ice left in my glass. Today it resulted in a big piece of tooth breaking off. What's bad is this isn't the first time it's happened, you would think I would learn.

When Larry(3 Stooges)did his "guitar-string" shot, I bet he had them closed until the second he fired. (I know, I know..I keep going back to that!!)

 

I ran across a new Dutch word today (which I will find a great deal of use for), but sadly one of our members came up in the definition. I guess that's the price one pays for an odd, terrible avatar. @mrchick

Not too shabby, so far. Finished the rest of the kitchen cabinet door & drawer pulls, did my laundry, changed the cabin filter in my car, got a windfall from Capital One (all of $12.88), and treated myself to lunch at Cici's Pizza. Now, Ima chillin' like a villain.

 

Went to a few yard sales today. Mostly junk; nothing shave-related at all. I was looking for an Old Spice mug but I found nothing.

Bought the big ticket package at the local fall DU dinner. Paid off with a yeti cooler, case of shotgun shells, a weber smokey joe grill, and a few other things. Generally, I'm not this lucky...

I saw this today and I was very happy

 

So the other day I found my cat sitting atop the keyboard..again.. Upon confronting him, he defiantly responded with a ..'well this wouldn't happen if I had my own computer'. So besides all the usual cat responsibilities, now I have to equip him with his own computer.. Talk about a sense of entitlement. What's that Dusty..oh now he says and none of that Ubuntu Unity crap either..he wants a full Debian installation..cheez. I'm telling you they're gonna take over..just a matter of time..

 

Does anyone else foresee a cat-astrophe here?
