Hydrogen Peroxide and/or Witch Hazel as after shave

Does anyone use Hydrogen Peroxide and/or Witch hazel as after shave?

 

Thayer's Witch Hazel Aftershave is my number one AS. Not sure if Hydrogen Peroxide is a good thing for your face.

 

TWH is good stuff.

I would lay off HP. Put it on a cut some time and see what it dose.

 

Makes nice fizzy red/white bubbles though. Good entertainment while you're hopping around the bathroom going s**t why did I do that?

Ever stick that stuff in your ears to help clean them out? Talk about weird.

It is not the pain from HP, it is the pain from cutting your ear off. :rofl

 

It don't but convince a 5 year old kid that when you put it on their skinned knee.

Kids grow up so fast these days.

 

HP also kills some good skin cells, great for cleaning wound but I wouldnt use it for anything else.

 

Never clean a wound with straight HP. It will eat away at the good and bad stuff.....cut it with saline

 

Saline is for wimps!!! give straight HP anyday and twice on Sundays

Might as well drink it while your at it......get the inside clean as well

 

I wouldn't use HP too. It's much to aggressive. And I'm not yet convinced on WH (mine's from Lucky Tiger) but I'm trying.

 

i actually like the WH. You can feel a difference when you use it..at least imho

 

Witch Hazel is an integral part of my routine.
wouldnt be without it.
I just have generic WH at the moment but I am interested in trying:
Jasons Witch Vera (??) and
Thayers Witch Hazel
